Refund Policy

Because Hookstr delivers AI-generated digital content immediately, credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once consumed.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance — you are never charged for content you didn't receive.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over.

Discretionary refunds

For billing errors or exceptional cases, contact hookstr@emeraldapps.io. Refunds are issued through our payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
